Chief of Korea democratic Pharmaceutical Unions of Medtronic Korea, Kwang-sun Bae, said that due to changes in the company's management policy, the work load of employees is increasing and Work and Life Balance is gradually deteriorating.

The KDPU is a union of pharmaceutical companies that was launched in 2012 under the Federation of Korean Chemical Workers’ Union.
